I am an ICF credentialed Coach, based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and have a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology. My life so far has been filled with rich and varied experiences, including living in four countries, co-owning and managing a business, and working in research and health care.
“We don’t live our lives, we live our patterns” (Shefali Tsabary)
I am also a recovering people-pleaser. I have overcome negative messaging, self-doubt, and lack of confidence and learned how to create new beliefs and ways of thinking that work for me and not against me. Having experienced the power of coaching, I know how much I would have benefited from a coach supporting me to find my way in my career and in life. I want to offer this service to others who are facing issues of career development, difficult work situations, becoming more productive, and finding the right balance between their work and personal life.
I work with people who are looking to develop further in their life but are not sure how to do this.
Who want to take their lives from average to great.
Who want to live life forward instead of being pulled from behind.
Who want to live with purpose and meaning.
I use a solution-focused approach to help people intentionally design their lives and move from their current situation to where they want to be in life. I help people gain a greater sense of clarity and purpose, to overcome obstacles and self-doubt, and to create the best life possible for them.
My Values: Growth. Wisdom. Trust.
Growth is essential for success—both personal and professional.
Wisdom that comes from within and from time-tested principles to guide us forward.
Trust is the foundation of everything meaningful in life. People connect best with others when they feel safe and respected.
